What we do

Ser Bach Y Cwm is a preschool for children aged between 2 - 4 years old, Ser Bach Y Cwm is located in Ysgol Golwg Y Cwm. Ser Bach Y Cwm is a Flying start setting, which is also available for non Flying Start children. In the 3 - 4 year old setting you are entitled to 10 hours free from the Welsh Government.
We are open Monday - Friday and offer a wide range of fun activities for the children to experience and explore. We offer a full day care where your child is able to stay all day with us from 8:45am-3:15pm.
We also offer the Childcare offer with Ceredigion Powys and Neath Port Talbot. If you are a working parent for 16 hours or more and living in the child's household you will be eligible for 30 hours. . Please ask the setting staff if you have any questions regarding this and we can help as much as possible.

Who do we support

Ser Bach Y Cwm is open for Children 2 - 5 years old.
They are eligible to start the 2 year old setting the term after their 2nd birthday, and move to the 3 year old setting the term after their 3rd birthday.
For full time education, they move the September after their 4th birthday.

Our opening times and availability

We are available: all year round. The Flying Start setting opens up for 3 weeks in the Summer holidays and the 3+ setting opens up for the children who are under the child care offer for 30 hours in April and the Summer holidays (these may vary)
