What we do

Day nurseries provide childcare for young children.

Abbeyfield Nursery offers a caring, safe, stimulating environment either as full day care or part-time care. .

Who do we support

Cares for babies and pre-school children 51 weeks of the year. It has separate areas for babies, toddlers, older toddlers and pre-school units, along with 3 large outdoor play areas.
Abbeyfield also offers a School Holiday club for children aged 4-12 yrs.

Experience/Training/Qualifications: Staff have NNEB, SRN, Btec, NVQ level 5 as Advanced Practitioner in Childcare, Learning & Development. 3 members of staff have basic British Sign Language skills, and all staff undertake mandatory training in Safeguarding, First Aid and Hygiene.

  Our opening times and availability

We are available: all year round. Closed Christmas and Bank Holidays.

We can provide wrap around care. No pick-ups. Parents arrange transportation.
