What we do

'You & Your Baby' involves 6 sessions aimed at challenging negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours and making lasting, positive changes in your life. The group also provides a great opportunity to meet other parents and connect with new people in the community.

Who do we support

Parents who can bring their babies (under 12 months), where they can make friends and enjoy a coffee at this informal group.
