What we do

Out of School Childcare offers care outside of the child’s full time school day, running before school, after school and during the school holidays for children aged 3 - 11+ years.

Out of School Childcare provides experiences that are rich in play and led by the child, facilitated by qualified Playworkers. Playworkers give children opportunities to play freely in a safe space, boosting their self-esteem and wellbeing and helping them develop a range of life skills.

Who do we support

All families with children 18 months - 12yrs old in the local and wider area who need child care during school holidays. We primarily follow the Welsh school holiday timetable but aim to accommodate all as we have families locally from Overton and surrounding villages and further afield in Wrexham, Shropshire, Cheshire and Denbighshire.

  Our opening times and availability

We are available: school holiday only.

We are available during the following school holidays:

  • Spring half term
  • Easter holiday
  • May half term
  • Summer holiday
  • Autumn half term
  • Christmas

We are unable to provide wrap around care.

As a parent led setting if our parents request different hours we look to see if we can service that.
