What we do

A Martial Art from Korea which is now very popular and focuses on respect and discipline. Teaches self defence, improves physical fitness and concentration skills. Become more self confident in a safe friendly atmosphere.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - First lesson free, then £20.00 per month for unlimited training (classes in area 7 days per week)

Closed Bank Holidays.

Tuesdays 6.00-7.00pm all ages in Bangor University, Coleg Normal site.
