What we do

This is a school based setting it offers term time, sessional playgroup for preschool children aged 2.5 years. It's wraparound playgroup plus sessions offers childcare for those attending Barker's Lane CP nursery school class (age 3-4 years).
The Club also offers sessions before and after school and also a Holiday Club to include school age children.

Who do we support

Experience/Training /Qualifications: Staff have varying Childcare qualifications including NVQ level 3 & Level5 in Childcare. All staff are DBS checked attend all mandatory training in First Aid, Food Hygiene and Child Protection. There is Teacher Support on hand.

We are available: term time only.

We can provide wrap around care. Open to all but pick up only at Barker's Lane CP

Setting is open 7.45am -5.30pm Mon- Friday. Preschool age setting 9-11, Playgroup plus ( wraparound nursery ) 11.25am -2.50 pm. Preschool children can join the playgroup plus sessions 9am -2.50pm

  Our costs

  • £25.00 per Hour - Full Day - preschool session followed by a wraparound session. includes a school lunch.
  • £8.50 per Session - Preschool playgroup session (includes snack)
  • £17.50 per Session - Wraparound (playgroup plus) session (includes a school meal)

We have the following additional costs :

  • £2.40 - Fee for school lunch for those accessing the Childcare Offer
