  This provider has full week vacancies for children aged between 2 years and 4 years. We have spaces available from September 2023. Please contact us to discuss.

  This provider is registered for 20 places and is staffed for 20 places.

What we do

During their time at playgroup we are helping to lay down the foundations for all future learning throughout the development of their communication skills, Well being, belonging, exploration and physical development . We offer a wide range of equipment and activities to meet these needs.

Who do we support

We cater for children aged 2 - 4 years
We offer Free Flying Start places for families who live within the Flying Start catchment areas.
We offer a wraparound service to the local schools
We are open through the school holidays
We are registered for the Childcare offer
We provide full and half day sessions

Can anyone use this service?

All staff have some knowledge of basic sign language.

  Our opening times and availability

We are available: all year round. We offer sessional care all year round. During term time we have morning sessions - 9.15 - 11.45 Afternoon sessions 12.15 - 2.45 Holiday sessions available - 9.00-12.00 / 12.00 - 3.00 / 9.00 - 3.00.

We can provide wrap around care. We offer a wrap around service from the Nursery school in Treharris

Our holiday sessions are slightly longer than term time

  Our costs

  • £8.50 per Session - per term time half day session
  • £10.00 per Session - Wraparound session from the local Nursery school
  • £20.00 per Day - Holiday Sessions full day unless you are taking up the Childcare Offer
  • £10.00 per Half day - Holiday Sessions half days unless you are taking up the Childcare Offer

We have the following additional costs :

  • £15.00 - Holding fee which is returned when the child leaves the setting.

For children who can access the 30 hour childcare offer these sessions would be funded for.
