The Migraine Trust - Family support services

What we do

The Migraine Trust is dedicated to helping people with migraine. We are the only UK migraine charity providing information and support, campaigning for awareness and change, and funding and promoting research.

1 in 7 people in the UK get migraine, and this complex and debilitating neurological disorder significantly affects their lives. We lead and bring the migraine community together to change this.

We provide an information service for people affected by migraine which aims to answer questions on all aspects of migraine including diagnosis, treatment options, support at work and in education, self-management.

We run 'Managing Your Migraine' events across the UK providing people affected with migraine the opportunity to learn more about migraine and meet other affected by migraine.

We are informed by a volunteer forum. This consists of people affected by migraine who influence and support our work.

We provide a range of outreach and awareness raising activity.
