What we do

CURRENTLY NO VACANCIES. Childminders are self-employed, and work in their own home. They care for children from a few months old upwards, for part or all of the day.

Charges for childminding are agreed between the parent and the childminder, and will vary depending on the number of hours your child is cared for.

Experience/Training/Qualifications: NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, Diploma in Childminding Practice, Extended Childminding Practice, NVQ 5 in Children's Learning and Development, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Child Protection, Celebrating Diversitc, Heuristic Play, Promoting Positive Behaviour, Sing and Sign, Domestic Violence, Planning and Observation.

Makaton 1, 2, 3 and 4, Using Welsh in a childcare setting, Disability Awareness, Multi-sensory course. Dyslexia and Dyspraxia, Play for disabled children. Play & Leisure for disabled children and when is mummy coming home (separation anxiety course). Brainy babies and Childrens Rights course: My voice, my choice. Level 5 in leadership for childcare, learning & development.

We are available: all year round. Closed Christmas and 2 weeks during summer holidays

We can provide wrap around care. Will mind evenings in emergency
