What we do

Be part of an exciting project offering 1-2-1 mentoring support to young people aged 14-19 in the Vale of Glamorgan. The Emphasis project is set up to support young people to overcome obstacles that might prevent them from attending education, training or employment. The work we do aims to support the young person to build confidence, prevent homelessness and make positive choices for their future. We do 1-2-1 mentoring support, help to identify personal goals, individualised support plan, assistance to manage challenges, agreed amount of weekly support, led at young persons pace, take part in activities of interest, rewards for reaching your goals.
