Child Bereavement UK - Family support services


What we do

Child Bereavement UK helps children, parents and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. We support children and young people up to the age of 25 who are facing bereavement, and anyone affected by the death of a child of any age.
We provide training to professionals in health and social care, education, and the voluntary and corporate sectors, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.

Child Bereavement UK recognises its duty of care to all those who use our bereavement services, attend our training and fundraising events, visit our premises, fundraise, volunteer or work for the charity.

Who do we support

We support children from age 4 and young people up to the age of 25 who are facing bereavement, and anyone affected by the death of a child of any age.

Is there a charge to use this service?

No

Can anyone use this service?

Self referral or third party referral only with the individuals consent.We actively encourage families to self referral so that we can offer some immediate support over the phone and obtain all the information we need in order to take a referral.
