Groundwork North Wales Energy Advice and Guidance - Family support services

What we do

Our team of expert energy advisors can help people increase their confidence and skills to make informed decisions regarding their energy use. Subject to eligibility requirements, we can help with tariff switching, deal with energy supplier issues, help to access discounts, suggest ways to become more energy-efficient, save money, and supply small energy-saving measures such as lightbulbs, radiator reflector panels, and draughtproofing. We can also signpost to other sources of support and advice for larger energy-saving measures such as heating systems and insulation, and benefit entitlement checks.
