What we do

Neath Port Talbot & Swansea Community Short Breaks provides support to children and young people with disabilities. This includes support to access community based activities in small groups, activities at the project base or caring for a child in their own home (domiciliary care). We work in conjunction with our local authorities to provide an outcome focused service to children and young people. Our sessions are aimed at providing a fun and safe environment, whilst working towards individual targets and achievements.
