What we do

'You & Your Bump' involves 5 FREE sessions aimed at challenging negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours and making lasting, positive changes in your life. The group also provides a great opportunity to meet other expectant parents and connect with new people in the community.

Who do we support

Expectant parents who can come along to make friends and enjoy a coffee at this informal group.
