What we do

Pilipala Play is a home based childcare service situated in the heart of Brynmill, Swansea and run by myself, Leanne Clulee, a CIW registered childminder. My aim is to provide a service that offers the comfort and security of a home environment, whilst using my experience in creative education and environmental awareness to support an organic care, learning and play centered approach, where children have every available opportunity to enjoy outdoor spaces. I want children to feel happy, safe and valued whilst achieving their full potential. I want to promote an environment where children learn how to care for themselves, those around them, other living creatures and their environment. I believe in building strong relationships with children, parents, carers and families to ensure that all parties feel valued and considered in all areas of the care experience.

Who do we support

My service is offered to children between the ages of 0 and 12, and can be funded privately, through the 30 free hours Childcare Offer Pilot, through childcare vouchers or through the tax free scheme.

I offere after school care and nursery wrap around for both Brynmill Primary and Ysgol Bryn Y Mor.

We can provide wrap around care. I am able to drop and collect children to and from both Brynmill Primary School and Ysgol Bryn Y Mor

Care during evenings and early mornings may be accomodated for £10 per hour per child.

  Our costs

  • £5.00 per Hour
  • £5.00 per Hour - Hours are booked in sessions, full day £50.00, half day £25 and afterschool £. 10% sibling discount.

10% sibling discount. 10% discount for 4 or more sessions per week
