What we do

Content Calm Cubs offer baby massage, baby yoga and toddler yoga classes in Chepstow, Lydney and Monmouth.

All classes run in 6 week terms.

Baby massage is from 6 weeks - crawling. You will learn a full body massage for your baby. Baby massage courses include a goody bag containing massage oil, a booklet, certificate and other goodies.

Baby yoga is suitable from 6 weeks -walking. Each week we incorporate singing, breathing techniques, sensory play and yoga inspired moves for adult and baby. Available on a pay as you go basis, but does not include goody bag and needs to be booked in advance.

Toddler yoga suitable from around 18 mths to 3-4years. Each week we incorporate singing, breathing techniques and sensory play with our main part of the session, which is yoga inspired, is based around a popular children's story book.

Booking is essential for all classes.
