What we do

Playgroups cater mainly for children aged 2 ½ to 5 years, usually for
2 to 3 hours in the morning or afternoon and mainly during term
time. For children aged 2 years until they start Nursery, we offer Full Day Care.

Who do we support

This is a setting operated by the Governing Body of All Saints' Church in Wales Primary School. We cater for children from 2 years up until 11 and offer a Playgroup, Playgroup Plus, Breakfast, After school and Holiday Club. Fees are paid monthly in advance of the child attending. We accept Tax Free Childcare payments and also the 30 Hour Childcare Offer.
The Gresford Governors' Clubs and Playgroup formally launched in September 2022.

Experience/Training/Qualifications: Senior staff have Diploma in Playgroup Practice and NVQ level 3 Early Years Childcare and Education. Other staff are trained to NVQ Level 2. Other training includes: Paediatric First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, Child Protection, Manual Handling and Health & Safety.

Any parent/carer in the community to apply for a place for their child.

We are available: term time only.

We are available during the following school terms:

  • Spring term
  • Autumn term
  • Summer term

We can provide wrap around care. Wraparound care morning and afternoons for children attending nursery or early education sessions.

  • £15.00 per Session - Playgroup session 9 - 11.15am.
  • £22.00 per Session - Wraparound Playgroup Plus session 9-11.30am or 11.30am-3.15pm.
  • £40.00 per Day - Playgroup all day 9am - 15.15pm
