Fuzzy Thinkers - Learning Coach; Mindfulness Teacher - Family support services

What we do

A Learning Coach and Mindfulness Teacher, who has been teaching in English and Welsh medium schools for seven years. As a result of my own dyslexia, I have a natural wholehearted empathy for young people and their learning difficulties, and a skill for encouraging their emotional growth, resilience and intelligence. Supporting youngsters inside and outside the classroom, I am continually shocked at the levels of anxiety, stress, and depression amongst young people. Having experienced the benefits of my own daily mindfulness practice, I wanted to share this with young people; maximising their confidence, learning potential and their emotional wellbeing into adulthood. As a result, I am a certified Mindfulness Teacher in primary and secondary schools (MiSP) , and I am also working towards becoming a fully qualified mindfulness teacher for adults (Breathworks). As an Irlen Screener, I can also identify individuals who may suffer processing visual information (scotopic sensitivity).
