What we do

Our community: Supporting everyone living with dementia

Are you looking for a group to support you as you face the challenges of dementia? Join us and hundreds of other people who understand. Membership is free, and no referral is needed.

Our meetings take place every week, and are a relaxed, fun way to meet other people who know what it’s like living with or alongside dementia.

We rehearse on a Monday evening from 6:30pm - 8.30pm in Thornhill Church Centre, Excalibur Way, Cardiff. We also have an group meeting exclusively online if you are unable to join us in person.

Can anyone use this service?

No referral is required, our sessions welcome anyone who is living with dementia.
