What we do

YMCA Cardiff Group is committed to promoting and raising awareness of young carers, young adult carers and those in unpaid caring roles.

We provide a variety of respite activities and 1-2-1 support for Young Carers aged 7 - 18.

Who do we support

The ‘Time 4 Me’ project provides support and a break for Young Carers across Cardiff. Young Carers are children & young people 7 to 18 years old who help care for a family member who lives with them.
