What we do

The Teulu Service consists of 5 temporary RSL properties, floating support and drop-in services.

These are held over the phone and in person for advice & guidance.

Who do we support

We provide housing related support to reduce the risk of homelessness & maintain occupational contracts. Support is available to families in the Vale of Glamorgan who have housing related support needs and a dependent child or children living with them.
There is an expectation that the service users in the designated RSL properties engage with support until they demonstrate that they have the skills to live independently. This could be as short as a 3-6 month period and a maximum length of support is two years. Referrals from Housing officers and other professionals can be made to the Supporting People Team.
