What we do

A warm and welcoming stay and play group for preschool and home educated children with additional needs, disabilities, and life-limiting conditions, and their families, friends, and carers. Run by specialists in play, disability, creative arts and education, who also have children with additional needs.
Come along for a chat and a cuppa and enjoy free play with our toys and resources and join in with our singing and sensory workshop. You’re always sure of a warm welcome and we ensure everyone is looked after and included.
Playgroups are free of charge and there’s no need to book. You are welcome to make donations towards hot drinks and snacks but it’s not expected.
We also have a sensory garden that will be open to all during playgroup times when the weather improves. Please follow our Facebook page for updates on when the garden is being used.

Who do we support

The playgroup is open to all children with additional needs, all disabilities and life-limiting conditions. Parents, siblings, families, carers and friends (mainstream too - we’re fully inclusive) are welcome and can join in the fun. It’s a stay and play so we ask that one adult stay with the child or children that they bring to ensure the health and safety of all the children.

Anyone can use and access the service and referrals are also very welcome from any parent, carer, or professional organisation
