Chatterbooks at Llantwit Major Library – Children’s Reading Group - Children and young people's activities

What we do

Chatterbooks is a group for 7-10 year olds.

The aim of Chatterbooks is to encourage children who enjoy reading, to read more, discuss their book choices, share information and opinions and learn more about the world of books and the printed word. The emphasis is on fun activities inspired by the best children’s books and book related themes.

Children can meet new friends while discovering and sharing a passion for reading, as they talk about books and take part in games and craft activities.

Chatterbook sessions run every four weeks on a Tuesday evening from 4.15 pm – 5.15 pm.
Pre-registration is essential as there are limited spaces. For more information or to book a place please contact Llantwit Library on 01446 792700.
