What we do

This provision is referral only.
Families First Inclusive Youth Provision run holiday provision for young people aged 12 to 18 years with learning disabilities and/or physical/sensory impairment. The provision offers informal respite for families during the school holidays, with activities including workshops, arts and crafts, sports, music and trips for young people who live in the Vale of Glamorgan. Teenscheme is funded through the Welsh Governments Families First Funding.
Please bring a packed lunch with a drink and we ask for £5 per day donation if you are able.

Who do we support

Young people who reside in the Vale of Glamorgan aged 12 to 18 years with a diagnosed learning disabilities and/or physical/sensory impairment.

Can anyone use this service?

An "All About Me" Book needs to be completed before attended, this can be arranged by contacting Vale People First directly or through a professional referral.

We are available: school holiday only.

We are available during the following school holidays:

  • Spring half term
  • Easter holiday
  • May half term
  • Summer holiday
  • Autumn half term

We are unable to provide wrap around care.
