SNAP Cymru - Family support services


What we do

SNAP Cymru provides accurate information, independent advice and support for a range of educational issues including assessments, statements of special educational needs, bullying, school attendance, exclusion, health and social care provision and disability discrimination. We also provide independent advocacy for children and young people, disagreement resolution and training for young people, parents and professionals.

SNAP Cymru has worked to facilitate partnership for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. SNAP Cymru services are quality assured and hold the Specialist Quality Mark for Education Advice.

Who do we support

Children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or disabilities, their parents and professionals. We also support children in need, disaffection, poverty, deprivation and language. The service is available in English or Welsh to families who live in Wales.
