Earlybird and Earlybird Plus Parent and Teen Life Programme - Family support services


What we do

EarlyBird, EarlyBird Plus Parenting and Teen Life are support programmes for parents and carers, offering advice and guidance on strategies and approaches to working with autistic children. The programmes work on understanding autism, building confidence to encourage interaction and communication and understanding and supporting behaviour.




Who do we support

The EarlyBird course (for children under 5 years of age) or EarlyBird Plus course (for children age 4 - 9 years) or Teen Life (for children 10 - 16 years) with a diagnosis of ASD

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - The charge is per family for the 12 week course – includes, training by two licensed trainers, refreshments each week and a handbook full of information to support the course and provides extra reading material. May be paid in one or in instalments to suit the family.
