What we do
Cylch Meithrin Dinas a Llanwnda aims to provide sessional care and high-quality early years education through the medium of Welsh for children from the age of 2 up to the age they start school at 4. We are committed to supporting the full development of each child through activities that nurture creativity, imagination, and enjoyment in learning. By providing a happy, safe, and inspiring environment, we ensure that every child gets the best possible start to their education.
Who do we support
Cylch Meithrin Dinas Llanwnda is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and ESTYN to accept 12 children aged between 2 and 4 years. The adult-to-child ratio is 1:8 for children aged 3-4 years and 1:4 for children aged 2 years. No more than 4 children aged 2 years are permitted in a single session.
We are able to accept children with additional needs in collaboration with Mudiad’s referral scheme.
All staff are qualified and experienced in their roles and attend various training courses throughout the year as part of their professional development.
