What we do

Behçet’s syndrome (now known as Behçet’s disease) is a chronic condition caused by disturbances in the body’s immune system. The society aims to provide information and support for people in the UK with Behçet’s disease and for those who care for them. They offer a telephone helpline service, a regular newsletter, a range of leaflets, a personal information service and financial aid in cases of need.
