What we do
Family Support is part of the Families First/Flying Programme and aims to provide Flying Start eligible families to develop parent skills and the confidence to enable them to support the physical, emotional and educational development of their children so that the whole family can enjoy more positive and meaningful lives.
They can assist families to take up their benefits/entitlements, provide information and guidance to families to empower families to support themselves independently therefore improving their resilience and ability to cope.
They will provide parents/carers with an opportunity to have their voices heard.
Who do we support
Families with children aged 0-4 yrs residing in a Flying Start area
Can anyone use this service?
Referrals are accepted from external agencies as well as self-referrals. Agencies have access to our Referral Form and can make requests via telephone / email
